This Policy describes what data altrouter.ai collects, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
1. What we collect
Account data: your email and basic profile at sign-up (including via Google).
Usage data: request metadata (model, provider, token counts, cost, timestamps) for billing, analytics, and resilience.
2. Request content
The text and images you submit are passed to upstream model providers to fulfill your request. We do not use the content of your requests to train our own models.
Provider-side handling of content is governed by their own privacy policies.
3. How we use data
To provide and support the service, for billing, security, abuse prevention, and to improve routing quality and reliability.
4. Sharing with third parties
With upstream model providers — to fulfill your requests.
With payment processors — to handle top-ups.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Billing records may be kept longer as required by law.
6. Security
API keys are stored only as hashes and shown once at creation. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account may limit access to the service.
